By participating in the Rock N Roll Bourbon Raffle, you are supporting Spirit of Atlanta, an organization that transforms the lives of hundreds of young people every year. Spirit of Atlanta isn’t just about music—it’s about empowering the next generation of leaders, artists, and visionaries.

Each year, we bring together young musicians from across the country to learn, grow, and perform at the highest level. Through our world-class drum and bugle corps, these talented individuals are given the opportunity to develop not only their musical skills but also critical life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and resilience.

Spirit of Atlanta creates a lasting impact on these young performers by fostering a supportive environment where they can thrive. Our alumni go on to become leaders in their communities, educators, and artists, carrying the lessons they’ve learned with them throughout their lives.

Your support ensures that we can continue offering these life-changing opportunities, providing scholarships, access to high-quality instruments, and the chance to perform on some of the biggest stages in the world. Rules and Regulations

Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN: 31-1749810).
All proceeds from this raffle benefit Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps.
The raffle is licensed by the State of Georgia and is available upon written request.

  1. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tickets.

  • Geographical Restriction: The raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States, except where participation is prohibited by law.

  • Employee and Board Member Restrictions: Employees, officers, board members of Spirit of Atlanta, and immediate family members of such individuals are prohibited from purchasing tickets or receiving prizes.

 2. Raffle Ticket Sales

  • Start Date: Ticket sales will begin on Monday, October 14, 2024.

  • Sales End Date: Ticket sales will end on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

  • Number of Tickets Available: A maximum of 2,500 tickets will be sold. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the sales end date.

  • Ticket Price: Each ticket costs $100. No ticket limit applies while tickets are available.

  • Receipt: You will receive an email receipt confirming your raffle ticket purchase. Your full name and entry number serve as your raffle ticket entry identifier. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please note: the receipt and/or transaction numbers are not raffle entry numbers.

  • Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not permitted.

 3. Drawing Details

  • Grand Prize Drawing: The live drawing for the Grand Prize will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 8:00 PM EST. The drawing will be live-streamed on our http://www.facebook.com/spiritofatlanta

  • Presence Not Required: You do not need to be present to win any of the prizes. Winners will be notified via email and phone.

  • Random Selection Process: All winning tickets will be drawn using a third-party random number generation program that contains the names of all eligible raffle tickets. Once a ticket is drawn, it is ineligible for other prize drawings.

 4. Prizes

  • Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a high-end bourbon collection.

  • First, second, third and fourth prizes will receive high end boubon collections and Gibson guitars

  • Additional Prizes: There will be 10 additional prize winners, each receiving a bourbon prize package.

  • Prize Redemption: Signature and valid photo ID for proof of age (21+) will be required upon pickup or delivery of the prizes.

  • No Shipping of Alcohol: We do not offer shipping of alcohol. Prizes must be picked up in person at Spirit of Atlanta's offices at 4357 Park Drive, Suite I, Norcross, GA 30093. In certain cases, prizes may be hand-delivered by Spirit of Atlanta staff, board members, or volunteers, with the winner’s permission and if local regulations allow.

 5. Legal Considerations

  • Void Where Prohibited: The raffle is void where prohibited by law.

  • No Charitable Tax Deduction: The purchase of a raffle ticket does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution for federal or state income tax purposes.

  • Tax Responsibility: The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize, including income taxes. Spirit of Atlanta does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

  • Liability: In no event shall Spirit of Atlanta, its directors, officers, employees, members, committee members, or representatives be liable to any party for any loss or injury to earnings, profits, or goodwill, or for any incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from participation in this raffle.

 6. Ticket Purchase Terms

  • Non-Transferable: Raffle tickets are non-transferable once purchased.

  • Disqualification: Spirit of Atlanta reserves the right to disqualify any individual or void tickets based on eligibility restrictions or failure to comply with the terms of this raffle.

 7. General Conditions

  • Date Changes: Spirit of Atlanta reserves the right to extend ticket sale deadlines or change drawing dates at its sole discretion.

  • Modification of Rules: These rules and regulations may not be waived, modified, or supplemented unless such changes are made in writing by Spirit of Atlanta.

  • Governing Law: The raffle and these rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
