Spirit of Atlanta Inc. is the Georgia-based 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation that operates Spirit of Atlanta Drum & Bugle Corps.  It is governed by a Board of Directors who provide oversight, strategic planning, and financial stewardship for the corps.  The Board operates multiple committees which are focused on specific operational areas of oversight.
