Spirit of Atlanta Welcomes Nicholas Peach as Newest At-Large Board Member
Atlanta, GA – October 13, 2024 – Spirit of Atlanta is excited to announce the addition of Nicholas (Nick) Peach to its Board of Directors as the newest at-large board member. Nick brings over 27 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, cyber fraud prevention, and physical security to the organization, bolstering Spirit of Atlanta’s commitment to operational excellence and innovation. Peach will chair Spirit of Atlanta’s Board Governance Committee.
In his current role as Vice President and Head of Protect Operations at TD Bank, Nick leads a global security team responsible for safeguarding the TD brand, computer systems, customers, employees, and facilities from a variety of cyber, insider, and physical threats. His leadership has been pivotal in simplifying operational models, elevating risk management, and aligning processes with industry best practices.
Prior to joining TD Bank in January 2023, Nick held progressive leadership roles at Bank of America, including Managing Director and Head of Cyber Threat Monitoring and Response. One of his most notable achievements was establishing the Trust and Safety Office, where his leadership reduced fraud costs by $375 million through strategic disruption of cybercriminal activity. Nick has been recognized as a top talent for his work in global organizational transformation and leadership development.
In addition to his corporate roles, Nick serves as Vice Chair of the City of Charlotte’s Civil Service Board, overseeing critical functions in employment, promotion, and disciplinary evaluations for the city’s police and fire departments.
